Great neighborhood spot. Nothing fancy. My parents meet here in 1980 and have been married for 34 years. Head there for a cheap, cold beer and to meet your future spouse!

Little other than location . The service is 3rd rate if that , ask a question lucky if they will look at you with an answer . Children can play video games next to your table without regard to your table - owner, servers, parents absent to the rudeness . Food - lettuce, wet, aged and limpMain coarse - more water to sauce than tomatoes in the spaghetti.Did I mention the server had to eat , in front of the dining room, before she came to the table .with a menu.People seem satisfied with low quality food and service - which identifies both low expectation and little hope for improvement - Opt from a home cooked meal

As a Grosse Ile resident, I am not surprised that this place is still in business because people want to stay local and not go off the island. I am, however; apalled how they get away with such terrible food and prices. I ordered my two-year old son a personal pizza, which was the size of a small hotcake. It was a frozen pizza, worth about .50 cents and I was charged $5.00. It tasted awful and was severely overpriced. When I pointed out that I was dissatisfied, the server went to talk to the owner and I saw him shrug and say nothing as if he could not care less. I will NOT be back. People that dine here are desperate or lazy. The total lack of effort to even acknowledge a dissatisfied customer is just pathetic. Gross. Don't bother, please!

The best perch! Good shrimp from the famous downriver Cuigan's Shrimp House!

It is old looking and it needs updating for the prices they charge. Just because it is located on Grosse Ile doesn't mean you charge so much for food. There is not much parking in the front of the place.

Cozy & friendly place with excellent food, outstanding service and compassionate owner. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure it's a good dining experience. Prices are very reasonable. My parents also dine at Lloyd's very often to enjoy good food, service and companionship in a relaxed environment. Highly recommend!

Local place, always bump into friends. Decent food. Service a bit slow, the ladies tend to gab with one another.

Worst service ever! Shrimp batter was so thick and uncooked and bland!! The shrimp was advertised as gulf jumbo shrimp they were very small there’s no way those were jumbo shrimp waited 15 min for waitress to take my bill and pay I will not be back

Discriminatory establishment run by an owner who's afraid of her own shadow. Expensive drinks, cute bartenders at least. Not your typical bar, if you are too loud you will be asked to leave. The bar seems to be run like a family with the community of stuck up Grosse Ile having their backs.. if they don't like you leave or they will call the cops. Friends of the owner try and act tough towards rowdy customers but will back down and will walk away with their eyes on the floor if a hand is raised. Over all not a place for young people nor is it a place for anyone other than stuck up white collar conservative sissys.

This is a classic hole in the wall local bar. It is exactly as expected: bar food, cheap beer, and decent enough service. Go in with those expectations and this place is great.

We had to wait an hour for our broiled chicken. Really? Service was ok, and the prices were a bit high for the food and wait. They may get one more try from me, but not any time soon.

Interesting little spot..... bar & restaurant. Quite cheap.... just had a grilled cheese sandwich & coleslaw. Lost a star because it was soooooo cold inside. Good service.
